Preventative Maintenance Tasks Include, But are not limited to:
- A comprehensive system inspection
- Cleaning of evaporator and condenser coils as needed (additional fees may be required)
- Tightening of all electric connections
- Check and clean drip pans, condensate lines, and sanitize as required
- Check refrigerant level and operating temperatures
- Visually inspect for any refrigerant leaks
An estimate will be provided for any necessary repairs that are revealed from inspection.
